Dear Apicius, Your words paint a true picture. Kalgoorlie is a dry desert town in Western Australia that is famous for its huge goldmine. There is so much dust. However, when the rain comes the wetness of red dust is so refreshing. Millions of wildflowers cover the desert in wild colours. This is the fragrance that I have tried to capture.
