Elisir N.3 - Dark Honey Bullfrog 2022

... man in his mid-thirties walks into a dark side alley to a bar that is almost exclusively filled with men. He radiates something just as dark as the alley where the bar is located. At the counter, the scent of wood becomes noticeable. He wears an old black leather jacket that proudly bears the marks of time. The man sits down on the bar stool and orders a whisky. He takes it, turns around, and flirts with a woman sitting alone at a table. He smiles at her, showing his snow-white teeth.

Upon applying this fragrance, the first thing that hits the nose is a citrusy freshness. This quickly fades and is replaced by something dark and slightly smoky (even though smoke is not listed in the fragrance pyramid), which is caressed by sweet honey accords. The scent deepens and becomes woodier, growing even darker before the old leather blends in. The vetiver adds a very slight fresh accent to it. This fragrance is very masculine and a true gentleman's perfume.

The longevity and sillage are good.

Here we have a gentleman's scent that has a strong masculine accent and, in my opinion, is not for women, but as always, please decide for yourself. This perfume is very mature, and I see it suited for those from their mid-twenties onward, not for younger guys, sorry. For me, this scent is an all-rounder that can be worn year-round, except perhaps on the hottest days. It can be worn during the day at the office, in a meeting, at a meal, in a café, while shopping, or simply on a walk. However, it will surely reach its peak in the evening at the bar, in the club, at a party, a rock concert, or a night for two. The Milanese barber Bullfrog has launched a really good dark, sweet, dirty, strongly masculine leather scent here.
