The Tastiest Coconut Scent
A former colleague once brought the recipe for "No-Bake Raffaello." You spread the flat side of a ladyfinger with brunch, soak the ladyfingers on each side for 30 seconds in liquid cream, and then roll the cookie in shredded coconut. Stored overnight in the fridge or in another cool place, the pastry becomes soft and reminiscent of Raffaello.
