Juicy, bittersweet citrus and spicy green tea.
Settles into a soapy, detergent-like hedione.
Uplifting, fleeting like most Ellena creations.

How would you describe the smell, compared with de Eau de cologne?
Thank you

@LiVi2022 cologne has a sweet, powdery aspect to it (think ambery, musky) and actually performs slightly better.
EdT smells soapy after bergamot and tea disappear. Not much complexity to it.

Sounds like Ellena, alright. I think the guy has lost his edge, TBH.

@TheDunkPapa All is fair love and war! :D
I never got any edge from stuff like Declaration and Rocabar, so I view TdH as an anomaly.
I'm ofc biased here - I have no patience for perfumes that project for about 30 minutes...

I was trying to be polite, aight? His brand, Le Couvent, is el crapo, him doubling down on his approach to perfumery is honestly disasterous.

@TheDunkPapa What edge? Combining a handful of floral aroma chemicals into a tea-like concoction was his first big break.
I was expecting the increased oil concentration to boost the performance, but that doesn't happen with Ellena - 2 hours and you're done.
At least it's less sweet than the OG and I'm even getting some fruity nuances.
