Yes, Byblos has a hard time here...

... at least I am the only one who has commented on the men's fragrances of this brand so far. The number of users is also rather modest...

Every fragrance here deserves an initial comment, whether to warn users, to hype an unknown scent, or - as in this case - simply to give a pleasing recommendation.

"Byblos Man" starts off very fruity with a nice subtle pineapple note, citrus, and the inevitable bergamot; the spiciness in the heart note is also well done, while the usual suspects in the base note hold back a bit, nicely rounding off the scent towards the end.

Certainly not a standout in terms of recognizability, and devoid of any surprises, but a solidly crafted fragrance that makes me think of numerous occasions for use. Not a must-have, but definitely wearable. Given its year of release, it is also pleasantly unsynthetic.

Thus, a very solid 70%. Occasionally found online at a quite reasonable price.
