Calvin Klein dominated the fragrance world of the 90s, and Euphoria evokes many nostalgic memories for me. When I heard about the release of the three new variants, I was excited. I don't know Rosalia (the face of the campaign) and was curious if these fragrances are really that intense with their 28% perfume concentration. I blind bought a 30ml Bold Elixir. My honest review: The opening is white, sweet-floral with a slightly fruity undertone. This is followed by a slightly powdery orchid note. The top and heart notes blend wonderfully on my skin. The vanilla clearly plays a supporting role here, adding depth and substance to the entire composition. There’s also something coconut-like about it. Overall, this fragrance reminds me of expensive fabric softener. All in all, it’s a lovely creation. For me, it feels harmonious, and I think it could become a crowd-pleaser. However: It does not hold up to its promises. It is not intense for me. It’s not even strong. To put it this way, it’s just dense. Projection is about an arm's length. Sillage is subtle but noticeable. Longevity is average, up to 6 hours. Overall performance is mediocre. Euphoria Bold Elixir is a beautifully composed and very pleasant fragrance. However, anyone looking for an extraordinary or distinctive scent will not find it here. But for those seeking a versatile everyday fragrance, this is just right. The introductory price for these three fragrances is still outrageous. About €75 for 30ml is completely overpriced, and to be honest, you can get better perfumes. I only paid €50 with vouchers. Definitely test before buying!
