Cinnamon Girl

This Neil Young Song sums up the character of 1965 perfume oil concentrate by Carnival Wax.
"A dreamer of pictures
I run in the night
You see us together,
chasing the moonlight,
My cinnamon girl."
1965 is a simple composition of warm cinnamon oil and dry cinnamon stick in a healthy amount of clove oil, a touch of dark cherry with unsweetened Madagascar type vanilla bean resin. It sounds like a cold weather scent, but actually it is perfect for sultry hot Summer nights and it is quite addictive. As with all the creations I've sampled from carnival wax, these are alcohol free oils and lean more towards the "natural" essential oil side of fragrance. But the intensity of the cinnamon and the smoothness on the blend are better than I could achieve at home with simple over-the-counter essential oils. A little dab will do ya, with this one it is surprising long lasting, though subtle. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Carnival Wax sells leather scent lockets and recommends that you place the scent in these and wear the fragrance that way to maintain a lasting aura. That may sound gimmicky, but now that I know how these oils react and sometimes get lost in my skin, I think it is a reasonable proposition if I'm going to buy a 10 ml cinnamon spice fragrance oil for slick 90 bucks...why not go for the leather pouch accessory, as well. I mean, I must be a rock star wearing this fragrance right?
