Fresh oriental masterpiece

Like Luca Turin said in his book "A temple that smells like a brothel". A sweet, kinda powdery sometimes, fresh Oriental that gives some sexiness to the temple.

It opens up with a little bit of anise, an olive leaf note, carnation, grapefruit and ginger. Lot of things going on. Very creative and unique! Fresh floral, oriental (Jaipur homme is a refference although is completely different). The olive leaf and carnation combo gives this different and sexy-dirty vibe. During the opening to the mid, you'll get more Ginger and Cinnamon. In this stage there's a fresh-sweet dirtiness that is so harmonious yet sexy that i can identify as the "temple that smells like a brothel" stage.
What's great about this one is the evolution since the opening to the drydown. The fresh notes combined with the bitter and sweet ones makes it very unique and addictive!
A great Oriental with personality. In the drydown I can detect some creamy sandalwood too.
The fragrance gets more dry abeit sweet (not like the contemporary sweetness).
Again, It's a great unique and sexy fragrance that offers a unique anise-ginger-cinnamon combo with a hint of sandalwood and olive leafs in the back.
The performance is low to moderate (I get 4 to 6h on my skin with moderate projection in the first hour).
It's unfortunately discontinued but if you can find a good deal on it, grab a bottle (or two) and enjoy this masterpiece!
