A Letter for Someone Special
Well, how does one actually start something like this?
Hello first? Dear Mr. X?
I don’t even know if I’ll send this letter.
At first, I found you unremarkable. Just one of many. But as it often goes, you end up coming into contact with everyone, and right from our first meeting, you enchanted me.
So incredibly enchanted. With your whole demeanor. Violet-blue eyes, your glass of water with a splash of lemon in hand, your sandalwood horn glasses. I initially thought that Jasmine was your steady girlfriend. But thankfully, she isn’t. Just a distant friend.
That you powder yourself a bit (with rice, as you said) is understandable on hot days. You just don’t want to shine. ^^
And you have a preference for vanilla and tonka.
Just like me. :-)
Later, I stalked you a bit and honestly?! - That did put me off a little. You probably belong to those with a lot of money. Are you snobbish? Maybe. At least a bit hard to get, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
But as soon as we had a bit more contact again, those concerns were wiped away. Every time, I was enchanted for hours after our meeting. I would have loved to spray my pillow with your scent! And how I would love to bury my nose in the crook of your neck and never come out again!
I will give you a front door key very soon. You’ll even get your own cabinet.
Well, not quite your own. You’ll have to share the space with a few others. But I’m sure you’ll be very comfortable with me. You may not be my number 1, but I’m still a bit in love. After all, I’m letting you move in. And we will do a lot together because you like the same seasons as I do: spring, autumn, and winter. In summer, it’s usually too hot for you (yes, yes, your rice powder... ^^)
I’m looking forward to you.

THE most wonderful powder scent I have encountered so far, one of the most beautiful. Creamy, powdery, slightly sweet. That rice note, which annoyed me so incredibly in Lipstick On at the end (prickly and sharp), is seamlessly integrated here into the overall picture. There are no rough edges, nothing that stands out too much. And I simply LOVE the dry down.
It is very close to the skin (at that price, almost a no-go), but truly so beautiful...
And yet it is special. For me, powder doesn’t always fit. :-) Above all, I’m afraid it might annoy me, which really happens quite often, especially with the large bottle sizes.
But well, my finger keeps twitching over the "Buy" button... ^^
