Macho Macho
Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister liked to spray himself with Chanel. Whether Antaeus was involved, I don't know. But it would fit. Black is beautiful. Heavy Metal, after all!
Do you have to be brave? Learn it? Approach it gradually? The motto is to just do it. If it's too strong, you're too weak. So dare to try!
Do you wear tight chinos that end above the ankles in summer? Tassel loafers? Without socks? Then wear Aventus. Not Antaeus. They sound similar, but they are not. Here, masculinity is still required!
Does it smell animalistic? Definitely not like a puma cage. Leather? Well, my leather jacket smells different. But it fits!
Reformulated in the last 35 years? Of course. Several times. Still, it doesn't detract from the overall impression. We live in 2016, not in 1992. So stop whining!
Antaios was a giant in Greek mythology. The guy! Not the perfume!
He was the son of Poseidon and Gaia with nearly unbeatable strength. Who cares? The perfume can't be blamed for that!
Do you want to make an impression? Not hide? Are you confident? Here is the answer to the voices in your head!
Do you want an impression of the scent progression? Do you want to know how clary sage and castoreum smell? Do you want a dissertation on longevity and scent clouds? Read the other comments!
Antaeus is macho. Macho is considered a possible antonym to softie. Just so you know!
This perfume doesn't need Intense, Concentrée, Nuit, Extreme, or Extrait versions. It is all in one. So don't wait for it!
Antaeus. The Terminator among perfumes.

Haha, just read it. Great description, although I don't find it as extremely masculine as you do. Still understandable. It really is all in the eye of the beholder, pardon...in the nose of the olfactory connoisseur :)

If Antaeus would have suited Lemmy and is a "stinker," then I definitely have to try it. A little temptation for you!

Very nice comment. Unfortunately, the scent has changed a bit too much for me over time. I still have a bit left from the 80s, and it was even nicer then. **Bibergeil** is not the same as **Bibergeil**.

I think it's genius - the scent and the post, and I agree with you on everything!
