					Roses Dew-kissed by Morning Mist
I discovered and tested L’Eau de Chloe in January 2014 during the Christmas clearance sale. This Chloe captivated me immediately, and I treated myself to the small "My little" bottle with 20 ml. And I still love it.
I have always liked roses as flowers and rose scents.
This Chloe is a rather simply constructed but effective rose fragrance, delicate and refreshing, but without the teenage note that often bothers me.
It starts with slightly citrusy notes, pleasantly soft. No sour lemon punch that makes your eyes water.
The lemon reminds me more of lime and lemon balm, perfectly dosed and finely woven with fresh rose petals, still damp from the morning dew, which are just opening in the mild temperatures and yawning a bit sleepily into the young day, releasing their first hint of rose.
The citrus notes and the rose petals unite here in the most beautiful harmony.
A drop of patchouli grounds the scent and has also been perfectly integrated, so that it is only barely perceptible and does not overpower the citrus-rose combination, but rather gently supports and reinforces it. Everything is perfectly balanced here despite the simplicity of the fragrance.
There are many fresh rose scents, but this one is my favorite among them. Some are just too similar. And in many, a teenage note reminiscent of black tea dominates too strongly, which spoils the rose for me. Thankfully, that is not the case here.
L’Eau de Chloe is different, perfect for me when I want to wear a delicate fresh rose.
I also cannot complain about the longevity. I applied it yesterday before bed and can still smell it in the morning, though only faintly.
I like the ribbed bottle with the light green ribbon and the pale green liquid best in the "My little" version.
I will definitely repurchase L’Eau de Chloe as long as it is still available, and I have already saved a backup bottle.

I just got to test it and I find it just as beautiful as you described. However, unfortunately, it doesn't last as long on me...

I had a sample lying around, so I pulled it out right away and: perfectly described - that's exactly how it is.
