Comme des Garçons 2 Comme des Garçons 1999

This scent is very spicy.

Right after spraying, I smell nutmeg, incense, and cardamom, which sounds very Christmassy at first but is definitely not; rather, it is herbal, bitter, and a little piercing.
The incredible strength of the spices diminishes relatively quickly, and something that I identify as cinnamon joins in.
The entire mixture then remains unchanged for about 3-4 hours, before the spices further fade and the base notes emerge, which apparently contain a lot of incense, making it stronger again, but also a bit of vanilla, amber, and sandalwood that prevent the scent from becoming too spicy; these notes are also not sweet or bring any other typical characteristics, they merely moderate the spiciness of the fragrance.

Similar to Comme des Garçons 2 Man, this scent is very eccentric; however, although it is herbal, it is not masculine. It is clearly unisex, although women need courage to wear this scent, men do too, but not as much :-).
