rummy banana cream pie
The opening of this similar to a candied banana cream pie with hints of sweet orange. This is sweet but not overwhelmingly so, it feels sweet…but with intention and body to it. The heart leads way to a bit of a greener banana with hints of a honeyed sweetness and a floral touch. The dry down has remnants of the banana but focuses more on a sweet rum and vanilla smell. It’s boozy, creamy, and sweet, with hints of fruitiness. This gourmand is simple but it works wonderfully and smells spot on to its name.
