The Swiss company CORE has launched only 3 fragrances since its inception (about 5 years ago), which are available in only a few stores worldwide, mainly in Switzerland, Italy, and the Emirates. They place great emphasis on the highest quality materials and ingredients (95% natural, mostly organic), thus meeting the demands of even the more discerning clientele.
My bottle of Nuits Blanches is made of white biscuit porcelain (limited edition, Made in Germany), picture will follow.
Nuits Blanches is a cozy scent for sophisticated tastes. According to the perfumer Meulemeester, it is an oriental chypre. For me, it bears a certain resemblance to By Night White, but is less powdery and spicier.
It starts citrus-fruity, drapes itself like a silk cloth on the skin, and accompanies me with the soft, sweet notes of almond blossom, osmanthus, and jasmine. The base is wonderfully creamy with balsamic notes, has a slight spicy honey touch, and is barely noticeable leathery.
The longevity is good, and the sillage is a creamy, spicy veil.
A must for fans of cocooning scents of all ages.
