Scent Cool Gloss Costume National 2004

I received Scent Cool Gloss today and personally, I don't notice a big difference compared to the classic Scent Gloss by Costume Nationale!
The star anise that is supposed to be included, I personally cannot perceive!
It is like Scent Gloss, a beautiful scent of fresh-sweet, slightly citrusy, more sweet-smelling rose perfume.
The roses here definitely do not come across as "musty," as is the case with many other rose perfumes!
I actually find it a shame that I cannot perceive the star anise personally!
It would surely have been an interesting combination, or would have created a different scent impression.
Maybe the star anise would have brought a bit more edge to the perfume, who knows;)
But that is just my description of Scent Cool Gloss, can you perceive the star anise here?
So, I like rose scents when they do not come across as "musty old" and that is not the case here.
Youthful, fresh, this elixir smells of lovely floral rose petals:)
Scent Cool Gloss is, like the classic Scent Gloss, a youthful fresh rose scent:)
In spring and also on hot summer days, this fragrance is extremely wearable!

This treasure is really worth testing!
The longevity is quite impressive.
