Cuddle Fragrance
I found this fragrance many years ago in a small boutique in Berlin Friedrichshain. It smelled so warm, soft, and wonderful that I just had to take it with me.
Compared to other solid perfumes, this one is quite long-lasting, intense, and simply delightful. I don’t have to dig my finger into it; I can just apply it like a lipstick, just not on my lips.
As is often the case with solid perfumes, the top notes are hardly recognizable here; they may have already faded. From the fragrance pyramid above, I can really only identify the base notes of musk and patchouli. But there is something else, something warm and sweet that stands out to me as a passionate incense burner: I think I can still detect styrax and benzoin, and maybe a little sandalwood. Perhaps that’s just my impression.
