....the morning after!

Sharp, sour citrus fruits lead over lavender and a clove-dominated, slightly animalistic heart into a subtly vanillic and natural sandalwood base.
It does not want to hide its age. Nothing modern, nothing lifted, it is what it is, an honest guy and that's a good thing!
Alcohol, perfume, aqua - end of the line and yet complex in its own way.
Its strength, also its weakness. The scent is not very long-lasting. After a good hour, there’s nothing left of it.
Then the surprise the next morning. Suddenly I perceive it again, very lightly, almost hidden and only sometimes - this very natural and beautiful sandalwood base.
Not the well-known millesime base. An almost independent EDT base, similar to Santal Imperial - truly wonderful.
Despite its extraordinary and completely out-of-time scent structure, hardly anyone will perceive it excessively even at high dosage, so it’s not necessarily a going-out fragrance.
An EDT that is probably intended exclusively for the wearer to perhaps dream of blooming lavender fields on a spring morning in the Highlands, from long-gone days. In fact, I somehow associate this scent with history and I like it very much. Fortunately, my aging bottle is not quite empty yet. I believe it is no longer so easy to obtain.

I think it's basically completely gone now...
I tested it ages ago, and it had a strong lavender note that felt intense at times; but since then, my nose should be less sensitive ;-)
