Gone and Away
No, I definitely didn't want to try a fragrance from "Creed".
Never!
As an Austrian, I’m not really into the monarchy;)
In Bad Ischl, you can still stroll along the spa promenade in summer
hand in hand with the old emperor.
The bottle concept already burdens me, like at a traditional costume parade.
Unfortunately, Silver Mountain Water smelled so beautiful on a friend,
I just had to, couldn’t help it! Since I was already standing in front of the whole
parade and there was still room for another pulse, always up with the scent!
What do I take there??? Definitely not pink.......nonsense:)
Theoretically, I had of course scanned the Creeds, otherwise I wouldn’t get
anywhere and I’m informed anyway.
So: Virgin Island Water, what else! It probably won’t be anything anyway!
Well, it wasn’t like that. I’m gone and away!!
In the past, when I mixed my pigments into oil paints, I also added
a little turpentine oil.
Not the cheap turpentine for cleaning brushes. The rectified one, and exactly
that scent is what I get from this fragrance!!
Turpentine oil is derived from turpentine,
which is obtained from balsam fir oil, for example (conifers).
Why does Virgin Island smell like that???? No explanation!!
Could bergamot and lime combined with unsweetened coconut
create that resinous, slightly oily direction that I love so much????
It’s a mystery to me!!
It also smells like hibiscus tea with ginger, ice cubes, and lemon, beautifully cool!
I can smell jasmine, but only a little ylang-ylang.
The sweetness only comes in the base, which maintains freshness for hours.
Wonderful and not cheesy! Although I’m absolutely not "the coconut fan",
this scent has captivated me. Coconut only resonates very lightly, almost
imperceptibly.
I believe it’s more like a "Caipirinha", mixed with "Batida de Coco":D:D:D
In the heart note, Virgin Island develops a slightly sharp undertone for a while.
My son said, and I often ask him for his perception, as he has an unspoiled sense of smell
and a good nose for fragrances: "You smell like a toilet scent stone".
So yes!?!? Even if it does, it also reminds me of childhood and
spa park sanitary facilities. It doesn’t last long and is also nice, for me!
I’m into the scent!! Basta!!!!!
I keep smelling the inside of my wrist.
I’m still addicted to the smell of painting supplies:D:D:D:
For me, this fragrance holds so many memories. Maybe one day I’ll be able to unpack my
paints again, who knows.
The scent aura is not particularly strong. The longevity,
for me, is almost endless.
After an evening shower, I can still smell Virgin Island, very musky,
cuddly and delicate.
Yes, some fragrances just have it easier, as they remind and move us.
That’s what I wish for.
