For me, Creed Aventus has always been the holy grail and thus at the very top of my wish list. I recently acquired a bottle and was completely euphoric, as I could finally call it MINE.
Upon arrival, it was immediately unboxed and sprayed. By now, the profile is no longer new, but I still find the scent great. Unfortunately, it seems that with the different batches, the performance has gone downhill. My batch is from 2020, and I am actually quite disappointed with the longevity/sillage. After 3-4 hours, the scent is completely gone. I can't even perceive it on my clothing.
Conclusion:
The quality of Aventus unfortunately no longer lives up to its reputation.
I have a bottle from 2024 - I don't remember the batch number right now. My parents said last night, just 1-2 minutes after I walked up the driveway, that you could smell I had just walked by 馃槄 I had been wearing the scent for about 4.5 hours at that point with 5 sprays.
