A new Creed? And what a new one!
Creed Delphinus, a name that perhaps does not suggest what is really hidden behind this milliliter number.
When I first laid eyes on this new Creed in my favorite perfumery, the name immediately made me think of a new Aventus.
A new aquatic and fresh experience to build on the success of Aventus.
But what awaited my nose after applying Delphinus was a floral and sweet note, coated with vanilla and almond. A combination of a nice and sweet evening at the Christmas market in combination with a cheerful and fresh spring morning, one where you know that today will be a good day.
After the really intense entry, the Delphinus subsides a little and when it dries down you can recognize a really beautiful leather note, which in combination with the vanilla and the amber character of the fragrance feels really comfortingly warm but also slightly feminine.
At the end of its really good, but for an autumn-winter fragrance also not unusual long lasting (of about 8 hours), the Delphinus becomes increasingly calm and in my opinion slightly powdery, which reinforces the feminine tone that I mentioned and is even a little too intense for me as a man.
In the end, Delphinus is a wonderful fragrance that is more multi-faceted than most fragrances I have had the pleasure of smelling so far.
Its very unique character, which clearly departs from Aventus and takes a completely different direction, has stayed with me since I first smelled it and I can imagine that this creation from Creed will become very popular on the market and with the perfume community in the future.

Auf den Punkt, sehr gute Rezension. Die H/S ist deutlich besser an nicht so warmen Tagen, ich konnte den Duft gestern noch nach 14 Stunden wahrnehmen.
