Beautiful barbershop fragrance
Really great masculine barbershop/fougere type of fragrance. I get aspects of Polo and Azzaro pour Homme in Fidele Ambre, however, it's not as strident, if that's the word to use. Seems very versatile as the sillage and projection are more modest. Would work in close confines because it is more reserved and for most occasions. Definitely would fit a suit and tie. Be aware, the civet note is quite prominent, at least initially.
As I mentioned, the projection is modest however the longevity is phenomenal. I got a good 11 hours out of Fidele Ambre. Easily lasts through the work day. Jeffrey Dame has a real winner here along with Juste Filthy.
