Davidoff Cool Water is the epitome of a classic, fresh fragrance. Mint, lavender, green notes, and aquatic accords come together to create a masculine and timeless masterpiece.
For me, undoubtedly one of the best fragrances of all time.
Cool Water has been copied many times ... the dupes are available in almost every drugstore and come dangerously close to the original in terms of scent.
In terms of longevity and sillage, the copies often surpass the original, and they are frequently ahead in price as well, although Cool Water is still, for me, a prime example of excellent value for money.
Conclusion: Davidoff Cool Water is a great fragrance at a fair price, perfect for everyday wear, even if it slightly falters in performance.
Cool Water is already a "copy" of Green Irish Tweed (if you want to call it that), which came out three years earlier. But both are credited to Pierre Bourdon, so I guess it doesn't really matter...
Perfectly described! Unfortunately, I have to sing the old "it was better back then" song. In the 90s, it was really mmmmmh!
A good affordable alternative: Aspen for Men. Layered, they smell like the "good old days."
