So delicious...!

Damn, it must be Demeter. Damn!
But, it's also my fault. Why did I have to spray Cinnamon Bun, knowing exactly what to expect?

Who has ever been to Ikea? Okay, silly question! But then you know that you can buy coffee and those delicious cinnamon rolls at the exit. And this fragrance smells exactly like those cinnamon rolls. Well, they don't necessarily have to be from Ikea, but since we've been there more often lately and have indulged in that delicious pastry every time, Ikea immediately came to mind.
It really is true that this scent smells incredibly delicious like cinnamon rolls!

The fragrance:
For a fraction of a second, you catch a very light, alcoholic note that disappears extremely quickly. But then, the delicious scent of this cinnamon pastry comes through, so tasty that you would want to lick the spot on your skin where this scent clings. And no, I wouldn't recommend doing that, as it tastes disgusting (I’d better not mention that I might have tried it…). Later, the cinnamon becomes a bit spicier for a short time (it even smells a bit like clove), but that settles down a little later. Overall, this fragrance can very well replicate a delicious cinnamon roll.

The longevity is okay and lasts three hours. That's good and typical for Demeter.
The sillage is quite decent for a Demeter scent, although most fragrances with spicy-sweet notes seem to have a stronger projection. That's a good thing, as the scent smells pleasantly delicious.

The bottle does not match this wonderful fragrance at all, as it is just a little bottle that the scent is filled into. The label is no better, as such fragrances (or all fragrances, for that matter) could be spiced up with a small picture. But as so often, no one thinks of that (or they decide against it for financial reasons…).

Hmm… how I love cinnamon rolls, I could theoretically eat them until I burst (For Simpsons fans: Similar to Homer Simpson, who is forced in hell to eat all the donuts in the world, and then even asks for more).

As a perfume, this scent is not suitable, as it not only smells sweet but also a bit like pastry. Of course, anyone can wear it, but then you smell like you just came out of a bakery or something. As part of a fragrance library, the scent is great, but people who are currently on a diet and want to stay away from such rather unhealthy things should steer clear of this scent, as it immediately awakens the (craving) hunger in you, making you likely to snack on everything that comes your way!

I give the scent 90%. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite reach 100%, as it smells a bit sharper and more piercing in the middle.

That's true, but only if you have the scent of cinnamon rolls in your nose the whole time :D
But sniffing it occasionally is totally fine!

The scent is nice, but I’d rather eat the cinnamon rolls than just smell them, because over time it just spoils the enjoyment.

Great comment! The scent is simply amazing, and it works especially well layered with Vanilla Cake Batter.
