I also know how some plants smell!

And another scent from Demeter. Yes, in the current travel package, I've already given up hope of encountering any bizarre scent. Well, maybe that's for the best; especially in summer, a terrible scent would really knock you out... on the other hand, you can always write so wonderfully about truly awful scents :DD

Anyway, let's get to a scent that is supposed to smell like lotus, which would be great since lotus smells lovely (how do I know what lotus smells like? That's mentioned below in the scent description!).

In any case, this Demeter is a scent that one could actually wear as a real fragrance!

**The scent:**
Yes, the scent smells like lotus.
Yes, now you might be wondering how I know this. DonJuanDeCat, who usually can't relate to any plant, suddenly knows what lotus smells like? That can't be right! Wrong! It can be! :DD
Because: I have a body cream from Rituals, specifically the Ritual of Dao, which contains lotus among other things and has a certain similarity to this scent. That's how I know what lotus smells like, mu ha ha ha ha!
In any case, it is a very nice, balsamic, and slightly sweet scent. The green notes mentioned here are hardly noticeable. Aquatic notes are present in small amounts, but they lighten the scent a bit and give you a feeling like being in a florist's shop, where various flowers are dipped in pots full of water. And that's pretty much it!

**The sillage and longevity:**
The sillage of this Demeter is also below average, so you can only smell it up close.
The longevity is short; more than three or four hours is not to be expected here.

**The bottle:**
For a moment, I thought, "Wow, you can see a lotus flower," but no, that was just an image adorning the photo of the bottle and not the bottle itself... because the bottle is, as always, rectangular with a cheap, slightly overstuffed label featuring the name of the scent, which this time is set against a violet color bar. That's it; you can see, it's all quite unremarkable.

Ah, Lotus Flower really pleased me. The scent is soft, balsamic, creamy, and simply fragrant. It could convey good mood and is suitable as both a daytime scent and for relaxation on warm days.

It belongs to the Demeter scents that can actually be used as perfume instead of just being another scent for the fragrance library. And since the scent of the lotus flower is very pleasant, this fragrance is worth a test.

Well,... as you can see, I also know a thing or two about plant scents :DD
