still a beautiful classic!
I have been eagerly awaiting this perfume, as it was one of my favorites many years ago. At first, I was a bit uncertain about whether I should buy this perfume, since it was not described positively here. But I was too curious, and I still like it! It hasn't changed at all, so I think it's a beautiful classic that you can definitely approach;) Ocean Dream is also very long-lasting, so it should be used sparingly;)
It has, just like back then, a very intense laundry detergent note upon application, somewhat artificial as well, which is not to everyone's taste, very floral, you can smell heliotrope, but also lily, orange blossom, and very intense water lily, rounded off by musk (not very harsh) and sandalwood. I've been thinking the whole time about which perfume at least in the top note is similar; it has something of Splendor by Elizabeth Arden, that's how I perceive it... So, feel free to try it, it's ultimately relatively inexpensive to get;)
I must also note that Ocean Dream is somewhat for the younger generation between 15 and 35 years old.. That's how I feel about it; ultimately, it doesn't matter, either you like Ocean Dream, or you hate it;)
