Sweet Cuddle Scent
I received Loverdose as a Christmas gift from my sister after trying a sample.
I find it very cuddly and warm. When first sprayed, it is quite intense and slightly zesty, but that settles down relatively quickly, and it becomes beautifully floral and sweet, with a hint of vanilla. I don’t find it too sweet or heavy, but one should be careful with the dosage, as it could come off as a bit overpowering otherwise. I really like the combination of jasmine and vanilla. It reminds me a little of Alien. I compared both, and there are similarities ;-) Although Alien is much darker, more seductive, and not as sweet.
Loverdose becomes soft and slightly woody in the base; licorice doesn’t stand out for me but remains nicely in the background. I think it suits best in autumn/winter. I can’t complain about the longevity; after 8 hours, it was still slightly noticeable.

I also find that it has a slight resemblance to Angel. But just a little. Nice comment, Nale.
