Light! Elegant! Lemon/Bergamot that doesn't last long :(
Bottle
The bottle is quite simple, but it still convinces me with its detailed elegance! For example, the Christian Dior logo on the sprayer and bottle, as well as the Dior engraving with the blue ring at the bottom of the spray head, are really beautiful details.
Scent
Now to the most important part: the scent itself!
Admittedly, it once convinced me to make a purchase, but I must now say that my enthusiasm is limited, which does not mean that Dior Homme cologne is a bad scent. The opening, which was a major factor in my decision to buy it, consists mainly of one fragrance note: lemon! It is light, in the sense that it is not a heavy but a fresh citrus scent, yet still potent, in that the lemon accord is very clearly noticeable.
Behind this initial scent, which personally reminds me strongly of freshly cut lemon, there is probably one thing: bergamot! Unfortunately, it is also this bergamot note that makes the scent powdery and dry as it develops. Nothing more happens here. For me, definitely not worth buying, but also not a bad scent. The citrus opening is fantastic, but the continuing citrus, bergamot-influenced development is, in my opinion, not pleasant.
Longevity/Sillage
Average for a fresh scent. I would have expected a bit more from a Dior.
Usage
For me, definitely a summer scent that pairs well with a white suit due to its fresh elegance!
Conclusion
In the end, more of a personal disappointment than an enrichment, but still not a bad scent.
For people who enjoy the scent of lemons and a very strong dry bergamot note (which for me personally almost leads to headaches), it's a good choice in
summer!

I'm already a bit of a fan of Chanel Allure Homme Sport Extreme anyway.
