Dioramour, a love for eternity

As the 5th member of my Dior Privée line, this fragrance was initially not on my radar at all. I love vanilla and gourmand scents, sometimes even fruity ones.

However, after changing my opinion about powdery fragrances through Allure Eau de Parfum and "For Her (Eau de Toilette) | Narciso Rodriguez," I wanted to try this Dioramour, also because of its beautiful name.

The scent is truly like a poem. Not as sweet as "For Her (Eau de Toilette) | Narciso Rodriguez," and much more elegant and mature. The iris is, as expected, very present, but I must say that I also detect animalic notes (I suspect partly musk), which are never dominant and blend beautifully with the jasmine. Dior fragrances are usually very well balanced, and this one is no exception. It definitely has the potential to be a signature scent, as it can really be worn in any season. The sillage is breathtaking; the best part of the fragrance.

I imagine a woman over 30 who is still romantic at heart. She is successful but hasn’t forgotten her inner child and watches love movies in the evening. She wears floral dresses in her free time and blouses at work.

For me, a forever fragrance, and when I heard it was being discontinued in the States, I immediately got the largest bottle. Dioramour, a love for eternity.
