Pleasant New Release of a Casual-Refreshing Nature
Yes, in the Dior Privée spectrum, there are quite a few fine fragrances, most of which are somewhat winter-oriented. "Balade Sauvage," on the other hand, connects to summery moments, and one must say, Dior has created a fine, quite relaxed, beautiful, and gentle refresher here.
One might well believe that it essentially consists of just the top three components.
Remarkable here is especially the fig tree as an aroma, which faintly reminds one of the beautiful men's classic "Dune pour homme," although it is noticeably more robust and woody.
Here, the unisex quality is indeed clearly highlighted, with the slightly creamy, fluffy aspect at the center.
A bit green, garnished with citrusy splashes, lightly mineral in the "oceanic sense," primarily dominated in the heart by very gentle, harmonious fig, "Balade Sauvage" comes across as a truly upbeat feel-good fragrance.
Thanks to a careful underlying tartness, this Dior does not become too bland or shallow, but remains pleasantly summery on the skin for several hours. Very nice.
