The Element of Fire
That Dior can write fragrance history is certain. I immediately think of Addict, Hypnotic Poison, J´adore, etc.; the longest-lasting mainstreamers. To this day!
Whether Miss Dior Le Parfum will ever measure up, I dare to doubt. The reason lies in the fact that nowadays predominantly "feel-good brews" excite the masses. "NEXT!!"
Lush patchouli plants moisten my skin. In combination with honey-colored amber and deep dark vanilla, a mythical smoke is drawn in the air.
Flaming. Room-filling. Unbridled.
Not only does the color resemble a concentrate... Such a spicy-intense scent is hardly found outside the niche sector anymore.
I only applied one spray on my wrist, and I believe a second spray in the same spot would not be beneficial. I have the feeling it would smell different then. Not stronger, but... just different!?!
The fruits contained in it do not come through (for me). Nor do the roses. It doesn’t bother me.
The longevity is galactic. I have been enveloped in (my) fragrance cloud for hours!
If one had to assign Miss Dior Le Parfum to an element, it would be, without hesitation, FIRE!

I feel the same way about this fragrance. I never thought Miss Dior had such a scent to offer. I wasn't impressed by the other fragrances. I discovered Le Parfum at the duty-free shop at the airport; it's already been discontinued in the perfume stores here. Thankfully, you can still order it.
