Thanks to this perfume, I signed up at Parfumo.de and got bitten by the fragrance bug, but let's start from the beginning:
Two months ago, I spontaneously stopped by a perfume shop and couldn't warm up to most "mainstream" scents. I approached the saleswoman and told her that I wanted a very distinctive and unique fragrance, and that it should perhaps be a perfume instead of an EdT (At that time, I didn't know that this doesn't necessarily say anything about longevity, but in this case, it definitely does).
She led me to a display case which she opened with a key, and I thought to myself; Oh, this must be something special. She sprayed a paper strip, and as an absolute perfume novice who had only owned rather cheap and simple fragrances until then, I was completely enchanted. The first things that came to mind were leather and something rather sharp like chili and dark chocolate; A dream and a scent that I had never smelled before and that certainly not many will wear.
I had to have it, we went to the checkout, and it finally belonged to me. Rarely have I bought a new perfume so quickly, and I could hardly believe my luck in finding something incredibly fascinating.
In the car, I immediately opened the box and, in the old manner, applied 4 sprays around my neck, which I wouldn't do today, as I didn't know what kind of longevity and sillage this thing had. However, since you are very rarely approached about the scent in Switzerland, I can only imagine what the people around me thought when I entered the room *laughs*.
Once home, I sprayed a puff on my wrist to analyze the scent development; At first, I clearly smell something spicy, slightly sharp like chili and orange, and then something leathery quickly joins in. Later, a slightly powdery iris clearly comes to the forefront, complemented by a beautiful rose. The rose accompanies me for the next few hours and gives the whole thing a very pleasant quality as it is constantly enveloped by the leather. Until the end, after more than 12 hours, my skin smells pleasantly rosy, woody with a subtle leather touch. Even after showering, I can smell the perfume closely, it's insane.
As I am still a complete beginner when it comes to perfumes and scent developments, a professional might be surprised that chili was the first thing that came to my mind. I also have to mention that until I read about it online, it never occurred to me that the perfume would smell like lipstick or makeup.
For me, this perfume is a masterpiece, and I find it to be a very masculine fragrance that is accompanied by certain feminine nuances. I believe whether a scent is masculine or feminine always depends on the eye of the beholder and how they perceive the person wearing the perfume. A scent for very special occasions where one wants to stand out.
