Carefree - Lively - Sparkling

The name "Esperys" suggests a very citrusy scent, even though the listed pyramid presents something different and it is an EdT. Therefore, Esperys starts with aromatic, cheerfully sour fruits, sparkling and lightly peppered. The bottle, with its acid-etched ornaments, may also hint at a playful, nostalgic fragrance.
This is a scent of the 21st century. Fruity and aromatic with distinct yet subtle flowers that are by no means sweet or heavy, along with wood and cocoa, vanilla from vanilla pods, which also do not smell sweet but rather bitter, peppery, and aromatic.
For a while, the top note remains present. Then the flowers come into play; I can sense the individual blossoms. No light freesias are noticeable. The rose must have a fruity tea rose note. There are also other unsweetened floral scents that I cannot identify. There are absolutely no heavy white flowers like jasmine, lily of the valley, and similar. The heart note, which allows the bright fruity scent to recede and gives the flowers their rank, has something spicy, a slight hint of mint, and the flowers remain fresh. Esperys has nothing heavy, no sugar or honey sweetness. Despite its fruity character, I do not find it gourmand in the sense that one would feel like eating the scent like a compote. Cinnamon and cloves have been omitted, which is a positive aspect for the fragrance. Caramel? When you make caramel yourself, you brown the sugar in a pot and only add water. This liquid tastes and smells bitter, woody, and malty with the typical caramel aroma but not sweet. I assume that caramel, cocoa, and the beautiful wood are only perceivable together as a fragrance note.
Because after a relatively long time, I perceive beautiful wood. In any case, the wood scent harmonizes tonally with the heart and top notes. The vanilla makes Esperys a bit softer without pushing itself to the forefront. I suspect this is the case, as the vanilla is also not individually perceivable to me. I only smell that the fragrance becomes a bit gentler. Likewise, the cocoa note likely overlays this beautiful wood scent over the heart note. The white musk, which I never perceive individually, will also contribute to rounding out the fragrance.
To mention the bottle again: It is slim and therefore very comfortable to hold, the etched not too heavy body provides a secure grip. The spray mechanism dispenses sparingly, finely, and does not create a voluminous mist.
Overall, Esperys is a fragrance for every day, and it is also well perceivable in cold weather. Esperys has liveliness, radiates carefreeness and lightness, yes, cheerfulness and good mood. I like that I can perceive it close to my body and distinctly for a very long time, but the scent is not overwhelming, especially not for others. Esperys is certainly also a fragrance for summer. If "EdT" were not written on the bottle, I would have suspected it to be an EdP due to its longevity and sillage.

Esperys klingt verheissungsvoll. Der Name ist schön
