Hope wrapped in melancholic drama, not the other way around!
Full and lush the opening, almost corporeal. It smells of skin and is unmistakable.
Earthy, muddy, moist, sensual and deep.
At the same time very fine, delicate, soft, full of innocence and noble.
Beautiful how the contrasts are united here.
Acacia flowers endlessly, mimosa extraordinarily large, jasmine
perfectly round soft, never too sweet or heavy, very impressive.
Roses, a rather delicate bouquet, always gentle in the background.
A little violet sweetness does the fragrance very well…:-)
In the heart warm and soft.
I smell spicy cinnamon, clove, honey and a bit of woody balsamic.
Une Fleur de Cassie develops from loud to quiet.
From coarse to delicate, very fine and lightly aldehydic.
The base of sandalwood and cedar is simply clear and beautiful. The
often mentioned similarity to Après L'ondée is unmistakable.
The Guerlain scent is sweeter and very nice, despite the similarities
it doesn’t even come close to Une Fleur de Cassie's depth, it is a lovely little water.
Une Fleur de Cassie is for me the most beautiful, the greatest scent from Malle.
A fragrance with soul, longingly beautiful.
The longevity is unique, with wonderful sillage and not at all too heavy for me.
I go with the fragrance, not the other way around :-) but you know, I need something lush;-)
Unisex in any case, wearable all year round!
Not for a young innocent spirit and good if you want to cry once in a while :-)
