Very helpful Review
My Second Skin
After a long time, I have decided to write a comment again.
After all, this fragrance helps me take the time to describe it and bring it closer to you. Please keep in mind that I describe the fragrance from my perspective, and as everyone knows, not everyone perceives a fragrance the same way.
For me, this fragrance is not as masculine as some say, and it does not embody pure masculinity. Musk is by no means just a "men's DNA," which is why I believe that both women and men can wear this fragrance very well.
The scent begins with a whole load of musk and drifts into a vanilla/cinnamon DNA, with the musk always perceptible in the undertone. The scent progression remains constant, and you can look forward to hours of this cozy, comforting fragrance. Vanilla/cinnamon should not mislead you, as the two components are very subtle and not overwhelming. I find this blend very pleasant and highly wearable. I haven't tried many musk fragrances and can probably count them on one hand, but Musc Ravageur is clearly in first place for me, followed by a long gap and then the original Musc.
The sillage is very restrained; perhaps this gives the fragrance a certain magical and mysterious quality, although I love it when my fragrance knocks everyone out. It may sound a bit selfish, but I wear these fragrances for myself and want to perceive my scent even when the last neurons in my nose have given up. ?
The longevity is good. Spray it on your T-shirt in the morning, and you can still perceive it closely in the evening. Although this could be a bit stronger, but that's a matter of taste.
I now regret only owning 40ml; I should have preferred to buy at least 60ml in the sharing. If there is a good offer for the 100ml again, I will jump at it immediately and still keep my remaining bottle.
Is it a signature scent?
To be honest, I don't have one, even though I have registered one. I play with fragrances and don't want to commit to just one.
But Musc Ravageur would now be the candidate I would first name as a signature scent.
I hope I could explain the fragrance a bit to you, even though I can't describe each individual component in detail.
Thank you for reading, dear Parfuma and Parfumo.

I'm a bit scared of the scent, as some YouTube reviews mention a very animalistic, slightly urinous opening that can last about an hour :-( but I definitely have to test it, as it sounds super interesting from your description :-)
