Great evening scent, not sure if it's still available

This fragrance was still around in the 80s - my father had gifted it to me after he saw that I had been looking at an advertisement for the scent for a long time (where I had constantly left the magazine open) ... There were ads for the fragrance in a French - or German - magazine - featuring an elegant lady in super high black heels (at least 10 cm, very delicate heels ...), and super chic black evening wear, in front of an elegant square - of course in Paris - with the inscription "Place Vendôme" ... in front of one of those super elegant buildings, perhaps an opera.

The scent itself was - as I remember - an evening fragrance, "simple" in the sense that it was neither sweet nor kitschy - if anything, the spicy or "leathery" notes prevailed, - hard to define, a precise substance would not have been "detectable" (as with any good perfume, it’s difficult - where it concerns refined mixtures ...) - but straightforward and simple - meaning, it was not an overpowering scent, but certainly noticeable, and elegant - furthermore, perhaps with a minimal floral addition (which was hardly "detectable"). The spicy-leathery nuances prevailed ...

What I mean to say is that not every evening fragrance has to be "heavy" ... in a positive case, it is not - just more original, perhaps, than daytime scents ... and sometimes a bit spicier.

Even today, I would still buy the fragrance if it exists. It was an absolutely original and top-notch scent - one that you could certainly wear to any evening event, at any concert. Unobtrusive, but extremely elegant ...

Klingt sehr fein - ein Lederduft, der nicht zu stark ist.
