"Ibiza Hippie" was my first Escada fragrance.
I also had the follow-up summer scent "Island Kiss," which, in my opinion, hardly differed from "Ibiza Hippie" except for the top note.
Opinions are divided on Escada summer fragrances, but I really liked the Hippie.
It was pleasantly fresh and fruity, sweet, but developed a very nice softness in the base without becoming heavy. I received many compliments for this scent, which at the time (2003) you couldn't smell on every corner.
Today I would love to wear it again; I found it neither too girly nor too sweet; but it's like with so many fine fragrances... they just disappear.
This is the first Escada that doesn't hit me over the head with sweetness. It's fruity and quite sweet, but still somehow fresh. A lovely summer scent!
