Since I forgot to spray on a fragrance this morning, I took one from a friend.
Island Kiss starts off very fruity-fresh, almost aquatic. After a few minutes, I smell like artificial fruit. Which one exactly, I don't even know. Mango, orange, peach, or red fruits? No idea!
On my skin, a scent develops that leaves me lying on a white sandy beach somewhere in the Caribbean while I sip on a fruit cocktail. There's also a flower I don't recognize lying around.
There's no trace of woods or musk.
Overall, it's a nice scent for summer, nothing more. In my opinion, the product description on a well-known perfumery's website doesn't fit. "Oriental-floral"?! No way!
Even though it doesn't last that long, it somehow does last a while... yeah, I know that sounds contradictory, but I've noticed that you can still smell it for longer, and a summer shirt even smelled like it after washing! Very good!
