~ Inspiration ~
I like the Escada fragrances, even though they all smell similar. I received a sample of "Island Kiss" from RamonaK.

~ Bottle ~
The shape is always the same for the summer Escadas. It is designed in shades of blue and fits well in the hand. The name "Island Kiss" promises a great beach scent. It could also be the name of a cocktail.

~ Scent ~
It starts, as usual, fruity and sweet with ripe mangoes, oranges, peaches, magnolias, and passion flowers. A slightly aquatic note is present. Red fruits, musk, and various woods form the base.

~ Longevity ~
On my skin, it lasts about 5-6 hours (a bit longer on clothing and hair). 2-3 sprays are sufficient, as it can become too artificial and sticky otherwise.

~ Occasion ~
A cheerful scent for the hot days in spring and summer.

~ Conclusion ~
I can slowly no longer tell the Escadas apart. Many smell fruity-sweet and very similar (e.g., "Pacific Paradise," "Marine Groove," "Sunset Heat"...). If you like this fragrance direction, you will also enjoy "Island Kiss."
