Fruit plus Sugar

No, this fragrance is really not particularly complex, and a scent development is also (almost) non-existent. Nevertheless, I find that the rating of 53% for "Rockin' Rio" is not entirely fair, because anyone who enjoys fruity and sweet scents will definitely get their money's worth.
I can't pick out the individual fruit notes; they blend into a fruity overall impression that is quite successful: there are certainly worse options in the fruit section. Overall, the components of the top and heart notes come through best - also long-lasting - whereas musk is very perceptible, while sandalwood and coconut are not particularly noticeable.
Coconut certainly contributes to the sweet overall impression, but the fact that it is not prominent as a single note is just fine by me. While I do enjoy "Like a Day in Paradise" as a Pina Colada smell-alike, I am not an excessive coconut fan otherwise. So, anyone who has avoided this fragrance due to coconut shock fears can test it boldly; the nut was only carried past the fruit shelf.

Conclusion: Great for sunny days! I have been wearing this fragrance to work very happily at the beginning of spring with the corresponding temperatures, as it spreads good cheer and is calm enough that none of my colleagues could be bothered by it.
