With great power comes great responsibility
The star of this fragrance is Lakigalawood, a synthetic wood that resembles patchouli, with peppery notes and a hint of oud.
When I first sprayed it, I was curious. At first, I thought it was almost like the absence of scent - not because I couldn't smell anything, but because the fragrance feels extremely transparent and artificial. The opening is super bright, sharp, and clinically clean.
In the drydown, the woody notes take over, enhanced by a lot of Ambroxan.
Sillage and longevity are strong, not necessarily suited for enclosed spaces, but perfect for a hot day at the beach.
A fragrance with an unbeatable price for the quality of the ingredients, which also focuses on eco-friendliness, thanks to recycled packaging and 93% natural ingredients, vegan and cruelty-free.
