On the left a tree, on the right a tree, and in the middle - you won't believe it - another tree.
But let's make a fairy tale forest out of this wonderful scent. The actors are its inhabitants. And since it's a bit spooky in the woods at night, we move the action to the night. Under a full moon in a - re-emerging - primeval forest. With everything that belongs: toppled giant trees, mixed forest, ferns, blackberry thickets, wood anemones at the forest edge, a river that can still meander naturally and wildly, ponds and pools.
Allow me to introduce:
Bubu, the owl, who can turn his head 180°.
The Badger Family: Fnuffa and Fnuffus
A gang of raccoons led by Al Capone.
A beaver lodge with a beaver without a tail.
A stag in a leathery loincloth.
Pssst, the low-flying silent barn owl.
Wolf pack No. 25 with the alpha pair Lupa and Lupus.
2,583,678.3 fireflies.
2 mayflies that survived the day.
Old branches creak in the wind. In the distance, a little owl calls. There’s rustling in the underbrush. The water of the pond trembles: toads on land leave their territory.
Bubu watches the night with glowing eyes, feeling a bit queasy; the last mouse was too greasy.
Fnuffus has now knelt in front of the badger burrow for the 6th night. He has brought a huge amount of roses. Fnuffa shouts from the burrow: “What does she have that I don’t? Broader stripes? Shorter legs? Does she smell more badger-like?” Fnuffus has even persuaded the raccoons to raid winter gardens in the nearby small town and steal mimosas, ylang-ylang, and all sorts of exotic flowers, just to appease his angry badger lady.
The raccoon gang has put on their black masks, and Al Capone is planning the next heist in the city.
In the clearing, the wolves howl.
Barn owl Pssst flies in quietly and brakes mid-air. She has heard something. “Alarm!” calls the quiet owl.
Fireflies fly in and illuminate the dark forest.
A van approaches. Loaded with trash and several men. As they begin to unload the trash, Bubu circles above them, spits out the remains of the fat mouse, and adds some intestinal contents on top.
The badgers forget their quarrel and shove pine needles into the guys' pant legs.
The stag lowers his antlers, wraps them in his leathery loincloth, and calls: “If I catch you here again, I’ll make you a second hole in your backside!”
The wolves rush in, peppery, gray, noble. Lupus promises the environmental sinners that the fairy tale of “Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf” will come true, and Lupa wants to turn the two “Him’s” into “It’s.”
The beavers loosen part of their dam and wash the idiots out of the forest.
The raccoons rummage out a stolen CD player and play “The Ride of the Valkyries.”
How awesome! Great story in the fairy tale forest - and it just made me even more curious about the scent than I already was from 2020Antiope's comment.
Super beautiful stories from the forest... Oh yes, it's wonderful. I got it when it was released. It's the first perfume where I smelled Oud for the first time.
