The syrup stain from last autumn soaked deep into the assorted mulch wool fabric
chestnut. Crumbs. Cadet oil.
Memories remained trapped in it.

Hopefully made from sustainable organic sources. The smoke at least drives away pests, but the syrup brings them back.

I really like the memory of last summer, but there's still the stain...

Tested on fabric: still close to the skin, but noticeable for about half a day... 😉

I find this scent really touching - the longevity is similar to Path... not as long, that's true... maybe it "matures" over time...
Translated · Show originalShow translation
SeejungfrauSeejungfrau 3 years ago
Touching really sums it up. The scent tells a story... that's why it deserves a solid, good rating of 7.5.

It's always a bit tricky with the wool wash program. 😜 But now let's give ML a try.

Wash wool as rarely as possible :)

It's about time someone addresses the topic of jacket collar wool scarf scent. What could be better?

I have a lot of them in my wool scarves :) the juniper tar oil is so good. But it fades away on me so quickly.

I'm having a circus jacket made for winter from the all-purpose fleece fabric, with a dog on the front.

I enjoy walking the dog less when he's wet. But I’ll take the toast with me if I catch a whiff of it.

Too bad, because if it's a nice vintage hoodie, you could spend the day in it.
Translated · Show originalShow translation
SeejungfrauSeejungfrau 3 years ago
It smells really nice. But it's too fleeting and very, very close to the skin.

An intimate, close-to-skin, moist leaf mulch scent with a hint of maple syrup sweetness. Juniper tar oil, slightly smoky. Associations with toasted black bread. Chestnut - nutty with floury undertones. Copper cups, maybe even dead flowers. Patchouli/cocoa.
For me, it feels more like a vintage hoodie than a wool sweater.
Though it could also remind you of a wet dog’s fur at times :-)
Sillage is practically nonexistent here.
$135 for 15ml for a scent that can only be detected right on the skin after two hours... well, okay. But that’s also a shame...
Translated · Show originalShow translation
SeejungfrauSeejungfrau 3 years ago
Same here ... unfortunately, that's how it is.

Absolutely. Nice scent, but for me, it's just a hint. Tested it several times, and the maximum is 3 to 3.5 hours, and you really have to sniff hard to notice anything.
