I don't know many Gathers yet, but this one is my favorite so far, which isn't too hard with good roses :-)
It's a dense artisan mix, yet the notes are beautifully distinct without being overwhelming. It has an ethereal freshness that might come from the tea. The moderate performance works in its favor. Dry and moist resinous components come together in harmony. The rose has a friendly fruity undertone from the osmanthus. The black tea and spice bring a slightly wicked smoky vibe. Some mentioned gold-yellow or gold-brown. I would categorize the scent as gold-red :-)
Thanks to FrauKirsche for the opportunity to test it.
