These designer fragrance houses… 🙄 It feels like there hasn't been a new, major designer scent in ages. Instead, we're bombarded with flankers every week. I don't even feel like testing anymore. 😤
It's not entirely out of the question that the sample ends up in your bag more or less accidentally 😇 And you always do such a great job with your reviews...
At the start, I notice an intense sweetness, combined with floral and synthetic woody notes. It develops at a breakneck pace, and by the sad end, only a hint of vanilla remains. Before long, the scent collapses like a soufflé and is practically gone.
And then they pretend it's the fragrance of the decade... Thanks to Armani/L'Oréal for the free sample, but the umpteenth uninspired version of something we've known for a long time doesn't make it any better.
You can only take this stuff with a sense of humor...

It can really get worse... I find it more annoying than terrible.
