Without hills, without Hollywood glamour, but with cheap costume jewelry, neon-colored clothes, and flashy neon signs. The vintage version was a real hit and had an enormous recognition factor. The latest version isn't even close to being as successful, although you can still recognize the original scent here and there. It still has a punch, but it's a bit overdriven and shrill, only to eventually fall apart. The old version from back then would get a 9 from me; the scent used to be super expensive, and now you can get 90 ml of EdT for 15.95, which basically says it all.
