Freshly Made Bed
After Goti Black had harshly rejected me, I tried White.
And lo and behold - this Goti speaks a different language and is in a good mood.
Bright and inviting - albeit cool, it greets me like a winter morning, with an untouched blanket of snow - that one is reluctant to step on.
The top note is dry, and through the citrus notes fresh - and equally reminds me of a freshly made bed - with white sheets, promising both coolness and gentle comfort.
The soft components consist of vanilla and fig, hinting at something cozy.
The anticipation of diving into the white down is already present - yet one does not want to destroy the magic - and takes a little more time.
Just as the scent takes its time, developing gently - and promising calmness and serenity.
There is no rush - and one feels decelerated.
On hectic days, the scent of my choice.
