Impulse - Brown Leather Grandeur
a real knockout
Impulse Brown Leather smells like a very expensive fragrance. At first sniff, I would say it’s a mix between "Shaghaf Oud Abyad" (which is significantly sweeter) and, in terms of intensity, "Au Coeur du Desert." Brown Leather conveys a dry, almost dusty leather scent with a green undertone (could be oregano). After a while, I thought I detected a fresh whiskey note, and later on, I also perceived a slightly rosy hint alongside a bitter note. I would have liked to smell the fragrance again at the end after 8 hours; here I noticed a certain scent that many perfumes leave behind as they fade. (Sandalwood or incense?) Impulse Brown Leather is a real knockout, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a blind buy. It’s a niche fragrance (or showcase fragrance) that isn’t meant to be worn every day. Thank you again to a Parfumo member here for the great sample; I love such surprises!
