Guerlain has set a standard that is hard to match....
...a floral scent with such an unusual character. I almost overlooked the green and citrus notes in the top notes, and I hardly pick up anything from the berries, but of course, I smell the flowers, very soft, delicate flowers, while at the same time, a surprising, delicate creaminess wafts towards me. I imagine that it must smell like this in the land where milk and honey flow.
I want to wrap myself in this scent like in bright, flowing silk.
After a while, the orange blossom clearly dominates along with a hint of honey. Just a little, not sticky sweet, but just to round it off, as if you were adding a touch of sugar to a vinaigrette, but with much more aroma.
Seamlessly and harmoniously, bright woody notes form the conclusion of this beautiful summer fragrance. And by summer fragrance, I don’t mean a scent that fights against the heat with freshness and coolness, but rather a scent that radiates the lightness, joy, and warmth of summer.
