Guerlain...a name that promises so much. Guerlain...the pinnacle of French perfumery. Oh Guerlain, oh...I am still so new to the world of perfume, but I am increasingly drawn to you. Unfortunately, I don't know much yet, but that's mainly because our little perfumery in town only carries a limited selection of Guerlain. Time and again, I have been tempted by Mon Guerlain, often tested it, yes, no, oh I don't know. Perhaps it was the temperatures, the weather conditions. But now it has happened...Mon Guerlain has moved in, and I believe that something great will come from us both. In the opening, I perceive something citrusy, it must be the bergamot, with a hint of lavender, but not moth-repellent lavender, just a touch, very delicate and elegant, bergamot dances around. I almost think it is a refreshing scent, but no, soon it becomes warm and caressing. One perceives a very fine, noble vanilla and something wonderfully floral. Now the base is also coming soon...vanilla, but not too sweet. And this base lasts forever. It even survives a shower, and you can tell that the finest raw materials are responsible for this sillage. Mon Guerlain...a fragrance that took a long time to ignite the spark in me, but now the flame burns.
I definitely need to take a closer "look" at this scent. I've tested it so many times in the perfume shop, and even though it didn't quite click for me, Mon Guerlain somehow keeps lingering in my mind. 馃檲
Very beautifully described. I felt the same way. And now my bottle is almost empty. I definitely need a refill. I can't imagine being without it anymore. It wraps me up perfectly in the cool season and brings absolute comfort.

Congratulations! Yes, this scent changes a lot with the temperatures; I perceive it very differently in summer than in winter, and I've noticed that even my daily mood plays a role. Great choice! ;-).
During our consultation, she diligently filled several Guerlains into small vials, including the instant magic ("it's great, I have that one too"), and I thought they were meant for me... uh, no.
Thank you, my dear! The saleswoman almost made me doubt my choice. The more you dive into perfumes, the more you actually just want to be left alone. They probably need to push the Narcisso right now because on my way to Guerlain, I was first handed three scent strips and coffee beans. When she realized I really wanted the Guerlain, she started with sales pitches like "yes, it lasts forever. Yes, it's great, I have it too," and repeated that like a mantra. Since she figured out I know a bit about perfumes, she also offered me a sample of "something that you will definitely like if you enjoy sweet scents." It was La vie est belle.
