Mon Guerlain Guerlain 2017 Eau de Parfum

I wouldn't have tried the fragrance purely from the pyramid. But with so many points, I was simply brave and ordered a bottling. What can I say - of the 5 bottlings in the package, it was my favorite! I never really go for floral fragrances, and if I do, they have to have a woody-vanilla base. Just like Mon Guerlain. I would never have used lavender either. But here the combination is just right. However, I use it very sparingly, big sillage is not loved here in the house ;)
For me, it looks very grown-up and not very playful; I would expect it on a well-dressed, understatedly sexy businesswoman. I, who can't really settle on a style and oscillate between turn-of-the-last-century artist types, jeans and striped shirts and hippie dresses - all unironed - feel a bit disguised with the fragrance. It doesn't really suit my... let's say rustic, playful style. Nevertheless, I will take out my sample every now and then and enjoy this unusual fragrance creation.
